You don’t have permission to use the content for any other purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or upload anything from this website. You also may not post, transmit, or distribute in any form or by any means anything from this site without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws resulting in possible criminal and civil penalties.
Although our cart uses PayPal, you need not have an account with PayPal. You may use another credit card at the PayPal site. There is no surcharge when using a credit card to make purchases. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. We bill your credit card at the time of your order.
This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet belonging and operated by third-party entities. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of or content on or through any third-party site.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will try to ship all products in the order simultaneously. If products are out of stock or on back-order when it becomes available unless you inform us otherwise. Products in stock will ship immediately. Those that are not in stock will ship when they become available. We will contact you to let you know the time table for when the product will become available.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell to you. Cleansing Grace Bath Body Wellness Company LLC reserves the right to accept or decline an order after it has been received or supply less than the quantity ordered. However, Cleansing Grace Bath Body Wellness Company LLC will contact you should there be any potential changes to your order.
The Policies, Terms, and Conditions supersede any terms and conditions included with any purchase order. It does not matter whether Cleansing Grace Bath Body Wellness Company LLC signs them or not. We reserve the right to change the Policies, Terms, and Conditions.
All soap products have an absolute cure time of at least six weeks for cold press and three weeks for the hot processed minimum.
All other products require 48 – 72 hours.
If you order soap products temporarily out of stock, SOAP can take up to 6 weeks to receive depending on the curing stage of the SOAP at the time of order. If you have ordered a soap item that is out of stock, you will be notified of the status and estimated ship time.
This time frame DOES NOT apply to body butter, salts, scrubs, deodorants, or house scents temporarily out of stock. Those items can take 48 – 72 hours to restock.
Your entire order will NOT be held for items you may have ordered that are temporarily out of stock. That/those item(s) will ship immediately.
If you order five items and one of the five things is on back-order, you will receive the available four items. An email will be sent to you informing you of the status of the item on the back-order. That item will ship once it becomes available.
If any of our products should be out-of-stock at the time of your order, Cleansing Grace Bath Body Wellness Company LLC will notify you immediately. Out-of-Stock products will be shipped upon availability. Typically, products ordered before 1:00 p.m. are shipped on the same day. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, major holidays, or after 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be sent to you on the next business day.
Each product is handmade and may vary slightly in color or shape from batch to batch. Those items will not be accepted for refund.
Defective products or product defects due to manufacturing and workmanship we will gladly accept. You have 14 days from the time of purchase to return the item(s)
Our objective is to ship orders the same day we receive the order. However, product orders we receive before 1:00 p.m. ship on the same day with some exceptions. Any orders that come in on Saturday after 1 p.m., Sunday, or any major holidays, will ship the next business day. Generally, you cannot cancel an order unless after 2 p.m. when you place the order. Orders do not go out Saturday after 2 p.m. or Sunday or if the post office is not open.
We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. The arrival time depends on the manner of shipment you select when you place your order. The arrival time may be available through tracking; however, consider any shipping or transit time we offer is an estimated time frame. We encourage you to order promptly to avoid delays that shipping can cause or to benefit product availability.
If you live in Michigan, your purchase will include a tax percentage of the current tax rate. If you are receiving an order in another state, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes and other applicable taxes.
Cleansing Grace Bath Body Wellness Company LLC strives to ensure posts made to the site are without error; however, occasionally, mistakes occur. Cleansing Grace Bath Body Wellness Company, LLC may refuse or cancel any orders placed for products at the incorrect price due to a typographical error. Cancellations also include errors in pricing information received from our suppliers. Cleansing Grace Bath Body Wellness Company LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order whether no matter the status, including a credit card charge or confirmation email. If payment is rendered for an order that has been canceled, you will receive immediate credit. You will also receive an explanation for the cancellation.

Your privacy is important to us. Cleansing Grace Bath Body Wellness Company LLC is committed to keeping your personal information private and secure. We invest in advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology on highly secured servers. Purchases made from our site will require your name, e-mail address, credit card information, billing address, and phone number. Create an account, and you will receive a password. You can change it.
We use this information to ensure a personalized shopping experience, to process your order, and to keep you informed of your order. To keep you informed of our latest offers, we may notify you of promotions, specials, and new additions to our site via newsletter or e-mail. We DO NOT trade, sell, or share your information under ANY circumstances with third-party affiliates. We will NEVER contact you to ask for ANY of your personal information.
Contests and Drawings
Entering our contests or prize drawings will require you to provide your contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, and mailing address. EVEN AT THE TIME OF THE DRAWING to determine a winner, your data will remain safe. It will stay out of the view of anyone who is not a staff member of Cleansing Grace. If you are identified as a contest winner, you will be notified via email. We will send your prize to the address you submit during your entry. Contestants participating in our contests or drawings will automatically receive emails. The correspondence will only concern our promotions, specials, and new additions to our site. You may unsubscribe. Just follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the correspondence you receive from us.
Your questions are welcome, and we appreciate your feedback (good or bad). If you have a question about a product, recipe, or anything related to this site, contact us. We are available Monday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Tuesday through Thursday from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. EST. We do not check our website during what we consider our Sabbath or on days known as civic holidays.
