Shipping and Local Delivery During Covid - 19
We intend to ship your items soon after you place your order. We ask that you allow us up to 24 hours after placing your order to forward you your tracking number. We will utilize the method of shipping based on your selection at the time of checkout.
Our free shipping option is ground shipping and takes 3-7 days to arrive.
Local Delivery is available Monday through Sunday if you live within thirty (30) miles of the business address. Expect your order between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. We will contact you once we are in route. Your items will be left on your property in an area that cannot be seen from the street. A picture will be taken and sent to you as proof of delivery. It is not necessary that we come in contact with you or the residents in your home.
Once you receive your tracking information, use it to determine when your package will arrive. If your order is marked as arrived but you did not receive your items, contact the carrier. They will open an investigation and claim for your missing items. If it is determined that your order was lost in transit, once that has been declared, we will replace the items in your order.
If you are in an area where your items cannot sit safely on your property once they have been delivered, please let us know in the comments at checkout. We will send your items in a manner that will require you to pick them up from the post office or sign for them. In some areas, when delivered via UPS, the driver may opt to deliver your order to the nearest CVS for pick-up. We DO NOT replace stolen items.
