You will Need a Few Things
To use this product at home, gather these items.
- Foot bath or tub big enough for both feet
- Two towels
- Comfortable chair
- 30 - 45 minutes of your time
- Foot kit or this product, soap, cream and soak
- Peroxide (optional)
If you have the kit, Two Feet Foot Scrub is step 3. In the line of stages, soak your feet first. Therefore, if you do not have the kit, you will still use this product as if you do. Soak your feet first. Soaking your feet will loosen the dead skin, dirt, and day. Use 1/4 cup of peroxide if challenged with under nail fungus or athlete's foot. Assuming you have the kit, the next step is to wash your feet. If you do not have the foot kit, after soaking your feet for 10 - 15 minutes - 20 - 25 minutes if you are overcoming a stress challenge, wash them with your preferred soap.
Remove one foot at a time. Place one to two tablespoon(s) of scrub in your wet hands, rub them together, and then rub your hands across your feet vigorously. Use more if you need to. Pay close attention to your heel. The soap in the kit will do most of the work for you, but if you do not have the kit, you have to use a pumice stone to remove any remaining dead skin. The scrub will loosen the dead skin dramatically. Once finished with the first foot, place it back in the water and then repeat the same actions to the other foot. Place that foot back in the water. Place your hand in the water and remove any scrub left on your feet while also using your hands to remove the scrub from your feet.
With towel in hand, remove your foot from the water and dry it thoroughly. Remove the water from each toe. Do the same for the other foot. Follow up with the last step, Two Feet Foot Cream.
